Assistant Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring the execution of the brand’s visual merchandising standards and guidelines for the stores.
• Partner closely with the VM and Store Manager to align visual merchandising with commercial objectives, including sales performance, new launches, and seasonal collections.
• Implement product presentation and styling in accordance with brand guidelines, and business strategy.
• Capture high-quality visual documentation of store displays and prepare detailed monthly reports, as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within a fashion environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail in product presentation and store execution.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and solve problems in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven capability to work independently while proactively managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
