Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for organizingdelivery and installation (D&I) of new products/ equipment, ensuring “white gloves” delivery, managing the whole process from the point of the customer’s approval until the completion of each project.
  • Working closely with sales for providing on time D&I costs of upcoming projects.
  • Overseeing new products/equipment loadings and ensuring the on-time arrival of them, according to the agreed deadlines.
  • Registering new orders in our ERP system.
  • Being in contact with customer’s representative, transportation company, after sales department and 3PL partner in order to coordinate the whole process.
  • Working closely with after sales to secure available installation dates when needed
  • Monitoring domestic transportation costs and try to develop our partner’s network to establish more profitable partnerships.
  • Having regular contact with customers and dealing with their demands.
  • Monitoring equipment stock levels and placing the necessary orders to HQ.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Excellent use of English language both verbal and written
  • MS office proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure and deal with multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Customer and Process Oriented.
  • Previous experience with ERP software.
  • Team Player, Proactive, Self-driven.
