Assistant Store Manager for our Levis store in Paphos

Brief Description

Our Assistant Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Levis Store located in the Kings Avenue Mall in Paphos.

Core Responsibilities

·        Supervising and training employees.

·        Reviewing staff performance and offering constructive feedback.

·        Collaborating with team leads to set and achieve team-specific goals.

·        Displaying merchandise to maximising purchasing appeal.

·        Writing sales and customer reports and making recommendations for improvement.

·        Interacting with customers and resolving complaints.
