About the Role

Technogym, part of the Fais Group of Companies in Greece, is the global leader in fitness, wellness, and health solutions. Our mission is to inspire healthier lifestyles through an integrated ecosystem of innovative equipment, digital technologies, and tailored solutions.

As we continue to grow, we are building a unified commercial team of Sales Consultants who will drive performance across our key segments, including Clubs, Hospitality & Residential, Health, Corporate & Performance, and Home.

This is not a traditional sales role. It is a consultative, solution-driven position, combining strong client engagement with disciplined execution and a passion for delivering high-value solutions and experiences.

Role Purpose

To drive sales performance by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored Technogym solutions that create long-term value and measurable business impact across one or more business segments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Pipeline Development

  • Actively generate and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Conduct regular client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Maintain high levels of field activity and/or showroom engagement, depending on segment
  • Own personal sales targets and performance metrics
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy

Consultative & Value-Based Selling

  • Understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value
  • Present Technogym’s ecosystem (equipment, digital, and services) in a compelling and structured way
  • Contribute to building value-driven proposals, supporting clients in making informed investment decisions
  • Guide clients through the decision-making process with confidence and credibility

Client Engagement & Partnership

  • Build long-term relationships based on trust, credibility, and value creation
  • Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers across client organizations
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, follow-through, and lifecycle engagement
  • Act as a strong ambassador of the Technogym brand

Execution & Commercial Discipline

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM (Salesforce)
  • Ensure structured pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting
  • Follow internal processes and commercial best practices
  • Contribute to a performance-driven culture with strong accountability

B2B & B2C Context

Depending on your focus area, your responsibilities may include:

B2B (Solution Key Account)

  • Develop relationships with business clients (e.g. Hospitality, Residential, Clubs, Health)
  • Support project-based sales cycles and solution proposals
  • Engage with decision-makers within structured, multi-step sales processes

B2C (Technogym Solution Expert)

  • Deliver premium, personalized client experiences in showroom or direct environments
  • Guide individual clients through solution selection based on their lifestyle and goals
  • Drive conversion through high-quality, consultative interactions

Segment Exposure

Depending on business needs and your development path, you may contribute across one or more of the following segments:

  • Clubs: Fitness operators and gym chains
  • Hospitality & Residential: Hotels, resorts, and premium residential projects
  • Health, Corporate & Performance: Clinics, corporate wellness environments, and performance facilities
  • Home: Direct-to-consumer premium fitness solutions

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience in solution-oriented or value-based selling is a strong plus
  • Exposure to fitness, wellness, health, or premium products/services is beneficial
  • Experience in B2B and/or retail environments is an advantage

Technical & Operational Skills

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
  • Structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Greece
