In retail, the Group operates flagship, stand-alone and multi-brand stores, corners within all major department stores, outlets and e-shops in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania and most recently in Czech Republic and Slovakia, representing top brands like Kalogirou, Haralas, Puma, Under Armour, KIKO Milano and Levi’s.

We are looking for a Marketing Brand Manager for our Wellness Division to join our growing team and lead the strategic development and management of brands in the wellness, recovery and regeneration space, across both B2B and B2C environments.

Role

The Marketing Brand Manager will have full ownership of brand strategy, market positioning, and commercial and communication development, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product teams and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an integrated brand and marketing strategy (B2B & B2C)
  • Define brand positioning, key messages and storytelling within the wellness / recovery category
  • Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with external agencies (creative, digital, PR, media)
  • Coordinate retail initiatives, exhibitions, events and trade marketing activities
  • Analyze market trends, competition and consumer insights
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets and campaign performance
  • Work closely with international HQs and local sales teams

Requirements

  • 7–8 years of professional experience in a Brand or Marketing Manager role
  • Proven experience managing both B2B and B2C brands
  • Background in categories such as wellness, fitness, health, sports, lifestyle or premium products (ideally recovery / performance)
  • Strong strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and omnichannel strategies
  • Excellent command of the English language
