In Evergrow S.A. we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager, on behalf of ARTION Group of Companies.

About the role

The job holder will be responsible for developing and implementing the Group’s marketing & communications strategy, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, in order to ensure that marketing objectives are met. Further, he/she will coordinate the corporate social responsibility policy and actions. This is a full-time, on-site job.

Core Responsibilities

Design, create and propose innovative growth strategies for the Group Plan and execute Group’s marketing actions and display advertising campaigns
Design and build the Group’s social presence through all channels
Measure and assess the performance of marketing campaigns
Work closely with the management team and collaborate with internal teams in order to design and implement action plans, according to the corporate strategy and business objectives
Evaluate customer experience and satisfaction Conduct competition research and analyze market trends in order to identify and improve the Group’s positioning – improve brand awareness
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Coordinate the Group’s companies’ participation - presence at corporate events (conferences, forums etc), leveraging sponsorships to their full potential
Plan and implement the Group’s social responsibility actions

Candidate Profile

3 - 5 years of work experience in an organized marketing department, preferably at the services sector
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Extensive knowledge and experience in digital marketing tools and techniques
Advanced project management skills
Content development experience
Proven ability in building effective relationships with internal and external partners
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Positive, proactive, “can do” attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both Greek and English
A team player and “out of the box” thinker
