We are seeking a dynamic Non-Motor Claims Team Leader to join our organization and lead a team dedicated to delivering excellent claims management services.
Role Responsibilities
As a Non-Motor Claims Team Leader, you will be responsible to:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the claims team to achieve high performance and meet organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and regulatory compliance across all claims operations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify risks and ensure robust controls are in place.
- Review and approve non-motor claims for compensation in line with company policies.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from partners, policyholders, and other stakeholders.
- Liaise with assessors and experts to ensure accurate and efficient claims handling.
- Produce and analyze statistical reports
- Oversee the team's review of pending and settled claims to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 8-10 years of experience in Non - Motor Claims Handling
- Knowledge of motor claims handling will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of motor claims handling will be considered as a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent understanding of reinsurance contracts and their application.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and guiding a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret statistical data.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to managing challenges and risks.
