Claims Support Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Claims Support Officer to join our team and contribute to the effective management of non-life claims operations. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Role Responsibilities  

  • Provide comprehensive claims support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and coordinate the Non-Life email processes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate statistics to support decision-making.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent 
  • Εxperience in Customer Service will be considered as a plus.
  • Knowledge as a claims adjuster is not required.
  • Excellent Organizational skills.
  • Time management.
  • Strong Communication skills.
