Claims Support Τeam Leader

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our Claims Team at the Eurolife Experience Center. In this role, you will oversee a team of dedicated associates, drive performance, and ensure the seamless management of operations and projects.

Role Responsibilities  

Team Management

• Set priorities and define team goals.
• Address and manage critical issues effectively.
• Monitor performance and ensure operational excellence.
• Provide coaching, training, and development for team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support continuous improvement.

Project & Initiative Management

• Lead and oversee various projects, initiatives, and User Acceptance Tests (UATs).
• Identify team and process needs, clarify issues, and provide effective solutions.

Business-as-Usual (BAU) Operations

• Oversee day-to-day claims operations.
• Manage email correspondence and approvals beyond team authority limits.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare daily operational overviews.
• Monitor demand and capacity on a monthly basis.
• Generate performance reports using the SalesForce CRM tool.
• Create ad hoc reports and dashboards as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service.
• 1 year of team management experience will be considered as a plus.
• Knowledge as a claims adjuster is not required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.
