Ο/Η Quality & Food Safety Controller είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τη διασφάλιση της ποιότητας και της ασφάλειας τροφίμων σε ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα της Esperia Group, σύμφωνα με τις διεθνείς πιστοποιήσεις που εφαρμόζει. Η θέση διασφαλίζει τη συμμόρφωση με συστήματα διαχείρισης ποιότητας και ασφάλειας τροφίμων (ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, Green Key).

Position Purpose
The Quality & Food Safety Controller is responsible for ensuring food quality and safety in an Esperia Group hotel unit, in accordance with the international certifications implemented. The role ensures compliance with quality and food safety management systems (ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, Green Key).
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and implement all quality and food safety procedures in hotel kitchens, bars, storage areas, and other F&B facilities.
Conduct regular hygiene inspections, prepare detailed reports for the Quality Department, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and manage any deviations according to HACCP procedures.
Participate in the continuous review of the Group’s Quality and Food Safety Management System.
Manage ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and Green Key records, forms, and procedures.
Collaborate with all hotel departments on quality and standards-related matters.
Train staff on hygiene, safety, and correct procedure implementation.
Monitor and analyze customer complaints.
Support external inspections or audits by regulatory authorities.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000/ISO 9001.
Good command of English.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a quality or food safety control role, ideally in a hotel group or catering company.
Knowledge of environmental standards (ISO 14001/Green Key).
