We are currently seeking a talented and experienced CRM & Loyalty Manager to be based in Rhodes and you can join our team today.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, operate & manage Esperia's CRM platform, database & Loyalty Programme
  • Manage the Group's Loyalty platform, with a view to maximizing member subscription, penetration and enhancing engagement
  • Plan and continuously revise the group’s Loyalty scheme - collection, redemption, benefits & tiers
  • Conceptualize and manage activities & events to reward high value customers
  • Coordinate CRM & Loyalty Marketing Campaigns
  • Handle complaints and provide prompt and courteous services to members
  • Create and monitor Loyalty Programme’s related KPIs and report results
  • Collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service departments for joint strategies
  • Collaboration with hotels’ Guest Relations to ensure smooth Loyalty Programme’s operation
  • Train the group’s employees regarding loyalty issues

 

 Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Loyalty or CRM fields preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, hotel management or a closely related field
  • Analytical thinking and ability to leverage customer data
  • Knowledge of CRM systems / loyalty management
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
  • Fluency in Greek and English; knowledge of an additional language would be an asset
