ES Systems, a leading developer and manufacturer of high-quality MEMS-based sensors and sensor systems, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team. Leveraging ES Systems’ expertise in advanced micro-electronics technologies and IoT-ready solutions, this role will focus on expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting innovative sensor technologies, identifying new business opportunities, and representing ES Systems at industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, tenders, and presentations.
  • Represent ES Systems at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development or sales within defense, security, or high-tech sectors.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities; analytical mindset.
  • Technical: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required and spend over 65% on the road.
