Reports To: Head of Business Analysis
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing cross-departmental projects involving IT, Business Intelligence (BI), and Business Analysis teams. You will act as a central point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will need to facilitate communication, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget effectively.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT, BI, and Business Analysis teams.
- Ensure alignment of project goals and objectives across departments.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agenda creation and meeting minutes.
- Drive decision-making and resolve conflicts among project team members.
Project Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and issue logs.
- Prepare and present project updates to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Information Technology).
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a cross-functional environment.
- Proven ability to manage projects involving IT, BI, and Business Analysis teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira & Microsoft Project).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
