About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and performance-driven Financial Advisor to become part of our highly dynamic team and manage a personalized assignment of our delinquent retail semi-secured portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills and a strong understanding of the legal framework related to the servicing industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent retail semi-secured accounts, being responsible for the achievement of personal objectives set.
• Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies to recover outstanding balances through face-to-face meetings.
• Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients (recover, restructure, settle or other consensual solution).
• Contribute to the company’s strategic goals by ensuring debt collections & restructuring
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions and manage supporting documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recovery processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s and master’s Degrees are considered a plus.
• Professional Experience: Proven experience of at least 3 years in debt recovery, banking or a related role.
• Technical Skill: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills. (Ability to negotiate payment plans over the phone or face to face).
  Excellent command of both written and spoken Greek and English.
• Key Competencies: Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of legal frameworks and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
