WMS Support Consultant

We are expanding our Customer Support team in Thessaloniki and we are looking for enthusiast professionals for the role WMS Support Consultant.

About the Role:

·         Provide business & technical support to customers and partners

·         Monitor and maintain issues with WMS (Warehouse Management System)

·         Advise and train users on software use

·         Provide customer feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements

Desired Skills & Experience:

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any other related studies

·         Familiarity with WMS or Other Logistics applications

·         Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server) will be considered as an asset

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
