About the Role:

We are expanding our Technical Support team in Athens and we are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team with the following responsibilities:

·         Provide expert technical assistance and support to end-users

·         Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, providing effective solutions to clients

·         Advice and train users on software use

·         Provide customer feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements

Desired Skills & Experience:

·         Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or a related field

·         Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server) will be considered as an asset

·         Familiarity with ERP, CRM or other software is a plus

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
