We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

As Sales Account Manager, you will drive growth and build strong relationships in the pharmaceutical software sector. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide tailored software solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Develop and maintain trust-based, long-term relationships with pharmaceutical clients
  • Present and demonstrate the key benefits of our pharma software solutions
  • Discuss software needs and suggest the most suitable solutions
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities within the pharma sector
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve business goals
  • Provide sales reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Use CRM software to track and manage sales activities efficiently
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors to enhance sales strategies

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales, preferably in the IT industry (Business Software Solutions), with a focus on the pharmaceutical sector
  • Knowledge of software solutions for the pharmaceutical industry or pharmacies will be considered an asset
  • Understanding of B2B sales techniques and strategies in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical industry clients
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
