We are looking for a motivated  ΕInvoicing Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team in Patras.

Your Role

 In this role, you will act as the link between our clients’ business requirements and the technical implementation of e-Invoicing solutions. You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, train end-users, and help improve our software offerings based on real-world feedback.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Meet with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business process requirements
• Analyze functional specifications and map them to the e-Invoicing software’s capabilities
• Implement and configure software solutions based on customer needs
• Provide feedback on improving or developing new functionalities to better serve client requirements
• Deliver training sessions to ensure smooth user onboarding and adoption
• Collaborate closely with the project team to prioritize client needs, proactively identify issues, and offer solutions

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in Accounting, Consulting, or Information Technology roles
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM/WMS software is a strong plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A collaborative mindset and team spirit
