We are looking for a motivated ΕInvoicing Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team in Patras.

Your Role

In this role, you will act as the link between our clients’ business requirements and the technical implementation of e-Invoicing solutions. You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, train end-users, and help improve our software offerings based on real-world feedback.

Your contribution to the success of the team

Meet with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business process requirements
Analyze functional specifications and map them to the e-Invoicing software’s capabilities
Implement and configure software solutions based on customer needs
Provide feedback on improving or developing new functionalities to better serve client requirements
Deliver training sessions to ensure smooth user onboarding and adoption
Collaborate closely with the project team to prioritize client needs, proactively identify issues, and offer solutions

Your Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in Accounting, Consulting, or Information Technology roles
Familiarity with ERP/CRM/WMS software is a strong plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A collaborative mindset and team spirit
