We are looking for an Accounting ERP Implementation Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Assist clients with implementation and training of Soft1 ERP
- Train end users in specific modules of ERP application
- Collect requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops
- Identify, develop and integrate Soft1 ERP to meet predefined requirements interacting with clients, sales and technical consultants
- Participate in all ERP implementation steps as assigned
- Consult client to collect all relevant data for implementation
- Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like manuals, customer query data, issue logs and their resolution
- Identify and develop business processes and demonstrate good report writing skills
- Develop and enforce collaborative working relationships with customers
- Lead process reviews and application configuration discussions with clients
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- 3+ of experience in similar position as Business Consultant in Business Software Sector
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Finance
- Master is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of software products
- Excellent customer-oriented skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of English language
