We are looking for Retail Software Implementation & Configuration Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate with clients to assess and define business requirements and parameterize the software accordingly to meet their specific operational needs.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Install and configure retail software on client systems (PCs, POS terminals, back-office infrastructure).
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Set up and integrate peripheral devices including barcode scanners, receipt printers and scales
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide training to achieve user smooth introduction to the new functionalities and software environment
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Performed on-site visits to retail locations for system installations, troubleshooting, and technical support
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Composed clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals and operating instructions, to assist both end-users and internal teams
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop a solid understanding of the retail industry and customer operations in order to relay valuable feedback internally for continuous product improvement

Your Qualifications & Competencies
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in retail software installation and system configuration
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with POS systems and retail hardware (e.g. barcode scanners, scales, receipt printers) will be considered a strong plus
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively
