We are looking for Account Manager -Software Solutions to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

Your contribution to the success of the team 

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate additional solutions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to account growth strategies in alignment with business objectives.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Economics, Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the IT industry (Business Software Solutions)
  • Understanding of B2B sales techniques and strategies within the software industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with B2B clients
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
