We are seeking a WMS Consultant - Technical & SQL Focus to join our high caliber team.

Your Contribution to the Success of the Team

• Provide business & technical support to customers and partners
• Monitor and maintain issues with WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Implement views and automations for special procedures / business flows
• Advise and train users on software use
• Provide customer feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in relevant field
• Familiarity with WMS or Other Logistics applications
• Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
