We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.

 

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of POS systems, peripheral devices, and network equipment
  • Offering training and guidance to end users regarding the use of software and hardware

 

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • University degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Good understanding of networking concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) will be considered a plus

 

Νice to have:

  • Previous experience in IT support role will be considered a plus
