We are looking for a motivated Procurement Manager to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.
Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team and play a key strategic role in designing, documenting, and optimizing our procurement operations, and leading the implementation of a procurement management system.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Procurement Strategy & Operations
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage supplier selection, negotiations, contract agreements, and performance evaluations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure both operational and procurement needs are effectively met.
- Oversee facilities operations, including vendor coordination, contract management, service quality, cost control, health & safety compliance, and support for office expansions and relocations.
Process Documentation & Design
- Document and map end-to-end procurement processes (as-is & to-be), using structured methodologies such as flowcharts or BPMN.
- Develop procurement policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and propose structured improvements.
- Produce clear, well-structured process manuals, RFPs, and technical documentation.
Systems Implementation
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a Procurement Management System (e-procurement software).
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful system configuration and adoption.
- Train and support internal teams on new procurement processes and tools.
- Define and monitor procurement KPIs and reporting dashboards to track performance and savings.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role, preferably in technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and strategies.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proven experience in evaluating, selecting, and implementing procurement software solutions.
- Hands-on experience in business process documentation and mapping (e.g., flowcharts, BPMN, SOPs).
- Strong technical writing skills — ability to produce clear SOPs, process manuals, and procurement documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
