We are looking for a motivated Software Support Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.
Your Contribution to the Team
Provide first-level technical support for ENTERSOFT / SOFTONE applications to end customers
Assist in the daily monitoring, servicing, and support of customer requests
Participate in the analysis of customer needs and suggest basic improvements in application usage
Support senior consultants in implementation and troubleshooting processes
Maintain documentation of customer issues and solutions
Contribute to delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field
Basic knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
Familiarity with business software systems will be considered a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail
