We are looking for Technical Support Consultant (Pharma Support) to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

Provide expert technical assistance and support to end-users.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, offering effective and timely solutions to clients.
Advise and train users on the proper and efficient use of software applications.
Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to help drive product improvements and innovation.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree or diploma (IEK) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Previous experience in a call center or pharmacy customer service environment will be considered a strong plus.
Knowledge of databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) will be considered a plus.
Familiarity with software applications is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Greek and English.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
