Retail Technical Consultant

We are looking for a motivated  Retail Technical Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team in Athens.

Your Role

 In this role, you will act as the link between our clients’ business requirements and the technical implementation of Retail solutions. You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, train end-users, and help improve our software offerings based on real-world feedback.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Design, monitor, and coordinate projects
• Combine strong communication skills with technical expertise
• Document and analyze business processes
• Configure and optimize business workflows and procedures
• Deliver training and provide support to information systems users
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Good knowledge of relational databases such as MS SQL and MySQL
• Experience with requirements analysis and system configuration/customization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data integrity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present solutions effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and business stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team, with a customer-oriented mindset

Nice to have: experience working on projects for Retail clients (e.g., supermarkets, major retail chains, etc.), and familiarity with ERP systems or Retail software.
