We are looking for a Senior Back End Developer to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Backend Developer with expertise in C# and .NET Core to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs that support our front-end applications and external integrations. You’ll work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that drive our business forward.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Design, Develop, and Maintain backend services using C# and .NET Core
- Create and Manage RESTful APIs to support front-end applications and third-party integrations
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with front-end developers and other teams to define API requirements and deliver new features
- Optimize and Refactor Code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of backend systems
- Implement Security Best Practices to protect sensitive data and ensure the integrity of APIs
- Work with DevOps: Automate deployment processes and monitor application performance to ensure smooth and reliable operations
- Unit Testing & Code Reviews: Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and maintainability
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues related to backend services, ensuring reliability and responsiveness
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our stack modern and efficient
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Strong experience in C# and .NET Core development
- Proficiency in building and managing RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of MACH Architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless)
- Familiarity with Service Bus or similar messaging technologies
- Experience with NoSQL databases
- Solid understanding of security best practices for backend and API development
- Experience working with DevOps teams and CI/CD tools for automated deployments and monitoring
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
