Sales Account Manager – HCM & Payroll Software Solutions

We are looking for an Account Manager – HCM & Payroll Software Solutions to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients
- Identify client needs and propose suitable HR & Payroll software solutions that deliver business value
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value of HCM & Payroll systems
- Drive new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing)
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding HR and Payroll digital transformation
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, HR, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in Business Software or HR/Payroll solutions
- Strong understanding of HR & Payroll processes and/or relevant software solutions
- Experience in B2B sales and managing enterprise clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business solutions
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
