We are looking for a EINVOICING Support Consultant to join our high high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Responding to incidents as 1st level support - analyzing, investigating and escalating issues to the development team
  • Continuous analysis and initiation of system and process improvements/changes, received requirements, always prioritizing risks
  • Partner support via email / e-ticket
  • Respond to partner issues
  • Assist partners with implementation and training
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions
  • Collect requirements, analyze businesses, and execute process workshop

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
  • Desired previous work experience as an ERP / Support Consultant in accounting applications
  • Very good knowledge of myDATA (IAPR) - especially on Revenues
  • Very good knowledge of ERP software, especially knowledge of Softone ERP will be considered as a strong asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Excellent customer – oriented skills
  • Very good command of English language

We will consider as an advantage

  • Experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems
