We are looking for a Product & Content Μarketer (Lead)  to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

Your work will accelerate product adoption, enhance customer confidence, support team alignment, and contribute to overall business growth.

• Break down complex features and translate them into messaging that makes sense to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Create guides, tutorials, and in-product tips that empower users to confidently navigate and use our products
• Create high-quality visual content that provides product information and best practices that shape audience perception of our products and services
•  Use real-world examples and narratives to show how our solutions solve everyday business challenges
• Monitor the progress of product enrichments and embed it in the product documentation itinerary ensuring timely delivery of business-as-usual
• Work closely with Product and Development teams to keep messaging consistent and aligned with our strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall audience messaging
• Spot gaps in content or documentation and continuously improve the way we share information

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing/ Business, ideally within SaaS, ERP, CRM, or other B2B/B2C software environments
• Strong analytical mindset — fluent in funnels, cohorts, and experimentation
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills in both Greek & English
• Deep understanding of both product and marketing disciplines
• Familiarity with software development concepts
• Hands-on experience using or experimenting with Business software tools
• Proven experience in content creation, preferably within the ERP/CRM/HCM/Payroll/WEB & MOBILE in SAAS industry
• Hands-on product experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Consultants, and Sales
