We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Your Contribution to the Success of the Team
- Create and distribute engaging newsletters and SEO-optimized blog articles tailored to our audience
- Design and manage promotional materials (digital & print), keeping marketing content (e.g. brochures, presentations) up to date
- Translate and adapt product marketing and training documentation as needed
- Support and implement lead generation & brand awareness campaigns in coordination with the sales team
- Maintain website content and manage social media accounts, ensuring timely updates and engagement
- Conduct market research (e.g. supplier scouting, competitive analysis) and monitor competitors' marketing activities.
- Plan and organize marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, and the annual SoftOne Partners Summit
- Support internal employee engagement initiatives and ensure smooth onboarding & training processes for students in SoftOne Training Academy
- Provide administrative support across marketing, sales, and partner network operations
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Communication and/or Marketing
- Ewriting skills, capable of writing in varying styles and tones to approach different target audiences and tailor the text to various contexts and situations
- Excellent written and spoken Romanian and English skills, as well as good handling of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willigness to continously learn and develop marketing skills
- Ability to think creatively
- Proactive attitude
