Your Role

As a 1st Level Support Technician , you will support customers and resellers, provide guidance on Entersoft solutions, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations.

Your Contribution to the Team

  • Serve as a key contact for new and existing customers and resellers, providing guidance, answering questions, and supporting day-to-day needs.
  • Capture customer feedback and communicate insights to the product and engineering teams.
  • Advise and train users on Entersoft’s retail business solutions and software use.
  • Liaise with consultants and developers’ teams to support smooth operations.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and passion for technology.
  • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) or software applications is a plus.
  • Comfortable using MS Windows & Office.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
