We are looking for a Project Manager to join our high caliber team.

Your Role:

The Project Manager plays a key role in successfully managing and delivering software projects, ensuring seamless alignment between business needs and technical execution. By thoroughly understanding project requirements and effectively coordinating cross-functional teams, they drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Your contribution to the success of the team:

• Acting as the main point of contact with the client’s stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations
• Understanding business requirements and translating them into structured delivery plans
• Compiling, maintaining, and updating the project plan throughout the project lifecycle
• Organizing and participating in internal and client meetings, facilitating productive discussions
• Monitoring project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring successful delivery
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and technical challenges early, and communicating them effectively
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Developers, Engineers and other internal teams across the organization
• Ensuring proper documentation of requirements, decisions, and technical aspects of the project
• Supporting the team in resolving issues related to requirements, design, and implementation

Your Qualifications & Competencies:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the software industry
• Solid understanding of software development processes (e.g. web applications, integrations, APIs, databases)
• Experience managing projects with technical complexity and multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of Project Management tools
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
• Eager to learn, with a growth-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in the Greek and English language
