We are looking for a Retail Technical Support to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Act as a contact to new and existing customers and resellers, answering questions ranging from support to setup, handling objections, provide advice and keeping them engaged in the process
  • Advocate for customers by capturing and sharing feature requests and other feedback
  • Demo or troubleshoot features through scheduled calls or video meetings
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams on technical and operational aspects
  • Perform training sessions for new and existing customers and partners
  • Test and evaluate new hardware and POS devices

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • 3+ years of experience retail company
  • Good knowledge of retail business
  • Good knowledge of retail hardware (ECR and EFT)
  • Very good knowledge of Windows and Android setup and configuration
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritize and multitask
  • Passionate and eager to learn
