🎯 Your Role

As a Help Desk Support Agent , you will be a key point of contact for customers and resellers, ensuring smooth operations and helping users get the most out of Entersoft solutions.

🔎 What You’ll Do

• Offer multi-channel technical support (phone, email, on-site) to clients

• Manage installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of POS systems and related hardware

• Educate and assist end users in operating software and hardware solutions effectively

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.

• Basic knowledge of SQL or experience with software applications is a plus.

• Comfortable with MS Windows & MS Office.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues

• Good understanding of networking concepts

• Eager to learn, work in a team, and maintain a customer-focused mindset.
