We are looking for a SFA Consultant  to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Analyze client requirements related to sales and field operations

• Implement, configure, and support Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions

• Deliver training sessions to end-users and administrators

• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement suggestions

• Act as a key point of contact for partners and clients, ensuring timely and effective communication

• Assist clients in resolving system-related issues and guide them through best practices

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders by understanding their business needs

• Coordinate with internal teams to address client requests and ensure service quality

• Gather feedback from users and partners to continuously improve solutions and processes

• Collaborate with ERP teams to deliver integrated solutions

Your Qualifications & Skills:

•Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

•Professional experience in SFA  consulting

•Working knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of XML

•Strong understanding of commercial and sales processes

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Fluency in English (written & spoken)
