We are looking for an Implementation Project Lead  to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Implementation Team Lead (CRM & Mobile Solutions) to lead our team of Mobile/CRM Solutions Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the team, supporting customers in the implementation and use of Mobile/CRM Solutions, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Lead and coordinate a team of Mobile/CRM Solutions Consultants, ensuring effective task allocation and team performance.
  • Organize team workload, delegate tasks effectively, and systematically monitor performance through KPIs.
  • Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Mobile/CRM Solutions for clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the consulting team, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of Mobile/CRM Solutions projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to team members in resolving complex issues.
  • Monitor service performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of Mobile/CRM Solutions processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to address customer needs and enhance Mobile/CRM Solutions.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Mobile/CRM Solutions, mobile applications, or enterprise software consulting.
  • Previous experience in team leadership or project coordination will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, people and priorities in a dynamic environment.
