We are looking for an People Operations Manager to join our high caliber team.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing key HR operational areas, including payroll, benefits administration, HR systems, and employment compliance. You will act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and ensure smooth and compliant HR processes that support a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor and tax regulations.
  • Administer and optimize employee benefits programs (healthcare, insurance, pension plans, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, acting as the subject matter expert on employment legislation.
  • Lead and maintain HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, process automation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and external payroll/benefits providers.
  • Develop and implement HR operations policies, procedures, and process improvements.
  • Support internal audits and ensure readiness for external inspections.
  • Lead or support HR-related projects, including system upgrades, policy reviews, and process harmonization.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Excel advanced functions).
