We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.
Your Role
- Support the analysis, setup, and basic configuration of Electronic Data Interchange solutions
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to clients
- Monitor processes and identify issues in data exchange flows
- Handle client requests and incidents via phone, email, and remote access, acting as the first point of contact
- Manage and track client cases through the CRM system, ensuring timely updates and proper status reporting
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate more complex cases when needed
- Participate in testing, validation, and migration processes of EDI messages and integrations
- Perform basic technical implementations (e.g. agent installation) and collaborate with internal teams
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Degree from a University/Technological Educational Institute (AEI/TEI/IEK) in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar position
- Basic understanding of IT systems or business applications
- Basic knowledge of SQL (e.g. simple queries, data retrieval, basic troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with data exchange technologies
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of English
