We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Consultant  to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.

Your Role

• Support the analysis, setup, and basic configuration of Electronic Data Interchange solutions
• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to clients
• Monitor processes and identify issues in data exchange flows
• Handle client requests and incidents via phone, email, and remote access, acting as the first point of contact
• Manage and track client cases through the CRM system, ensuring timely updates and proper status reporting
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate more complex cases when needed
• Participate in testing, validation, and migration processes of EDI messages and integrations
• Perform basic technical implementations (e.g. agent installation) and collaborate with internal teams

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Degree from a University/Technological Educational Institute (AEI/TEI/IEK) in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar position
• Basic understanding of IT systems or business applications
• Basic knowledge of SQL (e.g. simple queries, data retrieval, basic troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with data exchange technologies 
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of English
