We are looking for a motivated  Software Support Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.

Your Contribution to the Team

  • Provide first-level technical support for ENTERSOFT / SOFTONE applications to end customers

  • Assist in the daily monitoring, servicing, and support of customer requests

  • Participate in the analysis of customer needs and suggest basic improvements in application usage

  • Support senior consultants in implementation and troubleshooting processes

  • Maintain documentation of customer issues and solutions

  • Contribute to delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field

  • Basic knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)

  • Familiarity with business software systems will be considered a plus

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills

  • Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail
