We are looking for a 3rd Level Support Technician to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team:
Provide expert technical assistance and support to end-users
Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, offering effective solutions
Advise and train users on proper software use
Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams to improve products and processes
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business software is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
