We are looking for a Marketing & Member Communications Coordinator to join our high caliber team.

Your role

The role holder is responsible for the holistic management of relationships within the Global Sustain Club, as well as for the end-to-end organization and implementation of corporate and public events (workshops, roundtables, Sustainability Forum). Additionally, they coordinate all digital communication channels (website, newsletter, social media). The primary objectives are to ensure high member satisfaction and retention, strengthen the brand, and execute all actions and ESG-related programs in a timely manner.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Website management (globalsustain.org & Sustainability Forum site): member content uploads, technical updates, article postings.

  • Weekly newsletters & database management: creation, dispatch, and list maintenance.

  • Campaigns & invitations for events, training sessions, sponsorships.

  • Coordination & implementation of events: Sustainability Forum, corporate events, workshops, and roundtables.

  • Support of contract & subscription management (new memberships, renewals, modifications).

  • Creation of marketing materials & social media management.

  • Weekly communication with members regarding ESG branding, training, support, and subscriptions.

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing/communications and/or account management, event management.
  • Excellent command of CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), email marketing tools (Mailchimp/Moosend), CRM systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Familiar with simple design platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express).
  • Proven experience in organizing conferences/events from planning to execution.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate clearly with different teams and contacts.
