In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our IT environment and actively support the company's digital transformation initiatives across our ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This position combines IT and business applications support, process automation, and participation in digital projects

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design, maintain, and optimize workflows using Power Automate (Flows)
• Develop and support low-code business applications using Microsoft Power Apps
• Maintain and enhance SharePoint sites and collaboration platforms
• Collaborate with external vendors and IT service providers to ensure effective issue resolution
• Participate in internal IT and digital transformation projects
• Assist in the creation of IT documentation, policies, procedures, and knowledge bases
• Provide daily IT support to internal users through the ticketing system
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests, resolving issues or escalating when necessary
• Monitor and resolve 2nd-level support tickets within agreed service levels

🎯 What You Bring

• Degree or Diploma relevant to Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Acquaintance with enterprise applications such as ERP and CRM systems
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills & effective communication
• Ability to identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency
• Fluency in Greek and English

🌟 Nice to Have

• Familiarity with building dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
• Knowledge of PowerShell, VBA, or basic scripting
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management concepts
• Basic understanding of information security and data protection principles
