Technical Aftersales Trainee

As a Technical Aftersales Trainee, you’ll support core aftersales activities, build your technical expertise, and contribute to maintaining the high service standards that define our brand.

The Technical Aftersales Trainee will support the Technical Department in daily operations related to network assistance, warranty processes, technical documentation, and aftersales coordination. The role offers hands-on exposure to automotive technical operations.

The position reports to Technical Operations Specialist, while you will be responsible for:

• Support the technical team in troubleshooting cases through documentation preparation and case tracking
• Assist in organizing and preparing materials for technical meetings and retailer communications
• Help monitor and track warranty claims and provide administrative support to workshops
• Support recall management processes and service campaign tracking
• Assist in handling technical documentation
• Maintain and update internal technical databases and reporting files
• Support Service24h process monitoring and preparation of statistical reports
• Coordinate with dealers regarding workshop organization and technical service topics (under supervision)
• Assist in customer inquiry documentation and case follow-up

If you have the following qualifications, then this position seems suitable for you:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
• Strong interest in automotive technology and aftersales operations
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team-oriented with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
