FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

🚀To meet our current corporate needs, we are looking to bring to our team a Financial Controller.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the FP&A cycle, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Lead balance sheet and financial statement analysis to evaluate financial performance and position.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in reporting and internal controls.
• Lead strategic projects, business cases, and investment evaluations.
• Provide actionable insights into manufacturing KPIs, variances, and cost drivers.
• Conduct profitability analysis across product lines and business segments.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and investment planning.
• Deliver high-quality financial reports, KPIs, and insights to senior management.

Candidate Profile / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Controlling — ideally within pharma, healthcare, or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI.
