To support our continued growth, we are looking to bring to our team a Production Supervisor.

In this role, you will:

• Supervise the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
• Ensure that all production targets are met, and that quality standards are maintained.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
