About the role

The Operational Technology (OT) Specialist will support and enhance our manufacturing and production systems within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.  The role will be responsible for managing and maintaining the hardware and software that controls industrial equipment and processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Support and maintain industrial IT infrastructure including MES, HPLC and Serialization systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with GMP and GAMP guidelines.
• Provide expert-level support for hardware and software issues related to industrial PCs, servers and specialized instrumentation
• Participate in validation and qualification of computerized systems (CSV), including documentation and audit support.
• Lead or support projects involving system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial IT or automation within a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical preferred).
• Military obligations fulfilled, where applicable

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of GMP, GAMP 5 and other regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of SCADA and PLC systems
• Familiarity with IT/OT convergence, industrial networking, and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of Windows server environments, virtualization (VMware), and backup systems.
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and IoT in manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
