EFA Group is looking for a Business Integration Manager responsible for the hands‑on execution of business integration initiatives following mergers, acquisitions, or internal transformation programs within EFA Group ecosystem.
This role translates integration strategy into day‑to‑day operational reality, working closely with local teams to align processes, systems, and operating models across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Integration Execution:
- Support the implementation of integration roadmaps defined.
- Work directly with local operational teams to align day‑to‑day processes and workflows.
- Coordinate integration activities across functions to ensure timely execution and minimal disruption.
- Assist in conducting gap analyses at operational and functional level.
- Document gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies in processes, systems, or organization.
- Track actions and support resolution of identified gaps in collaboration with functional owners.
- Support the rollout and adoption of common processes and operating procedures.
- Ensure consistent application of agreed standards across different entities and geographies.
Operations Coordination:
- Support coordination of operational integration initiatives.
- Assist in mapping suppliers, production flows, shared services, and internal dependencies.
- Identify opportunities for standardization, shared resources, and efficiency improvements.
Stakeholder & Change Support:
- Act as a day‑to‑day contact point for integration‑related topics with local teams.
- Support change management initiatives by ensuring clarity, documentation, and follow‑up.
Reporting & Follow‑Up:
- Track progress of integration tasks and milestones.
- Maintain operational dashboards, action logs, and status reports.
- Escalate risks, delays, or integration blockers proactively.
Required Experience & Profile:
- Experience in operations, business transformation, post‑merger integration execution.
- Strong exposure to operational environments, ideally across production, supply chain, or shared services.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with multiple departments.
- Ability to operate in complex, changing environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
